Administration
Administration is responsible for a broad array of administrative, financial, technical and communications service areas that are essential for maintaining business continuity and operational readiness. These areas include Human Resources, Finance, Fleet and Facilities, Radio/Telecommunications and Technical Services.
Facilities and Fleet
Our Facilities and Fleet is responsible for the general maintenance of our facilities and fleet vehicles. This includes project management of building processes, emergency repairs, safety inspections and preventative maintenance which are among the few of the countless duties carried out by our team.
Finance
Finance is responsible for the annual budget, financial and budget reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, contract management, procurement, payroll and employee benefits. Our fiscal year spans from July 1 to June 30; however, the budget development process begins as early as October with the Board of Directors setting a Preliminary Budget Schedule for preparation of the up-coming budget. The annual budget is typically adopted in June.
Human Resources
Human Resources is responsible for the planning, organizing and directing of the personnel management which includes recruitment and selection, disability management, labor and employee relations, classification, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) matters and Workers’ Compensation.
Technical Services
Technical Services is responsible for IT, CAD, GIS and Radio/Telecommunications while developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring and supporting several mission critical and information systems that are essential for maintaining operational readiness. They provide network infrastructure and technical support for three locations.
